Happy new year to you too.Good luck with your piggies,i can't wait to get mine but i'm still waiting my holding number.A friend of ours who keeps a few weaners a year for the freezer gave us'half a pig'and what we have had so far the taste is sooo much better than anything you can buy anywhere.thanks for letting us shere your piggie exsploits!!!
